Order Process

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging we’ve received your order
• Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we process the order and send a shipment confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, or errors in product information

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal
• Your payment card will be charged when your order is processed
• Any customs, import duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
• We ship globally but cannot currently deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions
• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

Return Window

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your shipment for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Filters (Air & Fuel filters)
• Eyewear
• Body, Fairing & Fender parts that have been custom painted or modified
• Any product that has been installed, used, or is not in its original condition and packaging

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support at [email protected] within the 15-day window with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship to the address provided
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
5. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund if it meets return conditions

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Franklin County, Vermont.
