Order Processing & Shipping Times

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our strict quality standards.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process within a specified period.

Return Window

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your shipment for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Filters: (e.g., Air & Fuel filters) for hygiene and performance reasons.
  • Eyewear: For health and safety reasons.
  • Body, Fairing & Fender parts that have been custom painted or modified.
  • Any product that has been installed, used, or is not in its original condition and packaging.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.

Refund Timing & Methods

After we approve your return, your refund will be processed immediately:

  • Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is processed, subject to availability.
