However, we understand that sometimes a part might not fit your bike perfectly, or a gear item might not be exactly what you envisioned. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward and fair Returns & Exchanges policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Our Policy Overview
We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
To protect the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons. Based on our product range, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Filters (Air & Fuel Filters)
- Eyewear (Goggles, Glasses)
- Helmets (Full Face, Modular, Dirt, Open Face, Half Helmets, etc.)
- Base & Mid Layers (Clothing worn next to skin)
- Any opened electrical components or software-loaded devices (e.g., specific Electronics & Mounts).
Please choose these items carefully. Returns will only be accepted on these products if they are defective upon arrival.
The Returns & Exchanges Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund, store credit, or an exchange for a specific item
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number; unauthorized returns may be refused.
Step 3: Package and Ship the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of your original invoice inside the package. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Step 4: Processing by Moto Parts Store
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Timing and Method
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically. The timing of the refund depends on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original card used for payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account. This process is usually completed within 3-5 business days.
If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates will apply.
