• Provides a direct connection from your heated garments to an accessory port
• This plug is not a standard cigarette lighter plug
• If your motorcycle has a CAN Bus system, you can only use this plug to power gloves
• To power more than just gloves, you will need to install the battery harness

IMPORTANT NOTE: Gerbing’s Heated Gear is meant to be connected to a battery harness or an accessory port on BMW’s not equipped with CAN-BUS. If you are using this adapter and your bike has CAN-BUS you should be connecting to a properly installed optional accessory port on your BMW with a direct battery connection, not the factory installed port.
